BALTSPACE e-poster at the at the Second International Conference on Maritime Spatial Planning

The integration of the fishery sector is a challenge in many MSP processes. Hence, it is no wonder that the BONUS BALSTSPACE e-poster on conflicts with the fishery sector and how to address them met great interest during the Second International MSP Conference on 15–17 March 2017 in Paris.

In particular the following aspects have been presented:

  • Perceptions on challenges in MSP development and implementation in Poland,
  • Fisheries’ expectations and concerns towards MSP in Poland and their critical evaluation by the maritime administration
  • Tools and methods for better involvement of fishers in MSP.
